My inability to wear the clothes I want is no reflection on Surrinder.

Very efficient service. Highly professional service, advice and care given by nurse. Mrs Karen Totty.

It does sometimes take a while to get through on the telephone when placing an order for supplies, but can still order by email so not really a major problem.

I have received extremely good support since leaving hospital from the stoma nurses and have learnt so much from them. They have always responded to any queries and supported me whilst I have been getting used to a new way of living. I cannot thank Rymyni and Mandy enough!

My nurse Karen Totty RGN has shown me great understanding and helped me through a very difficult period with accepting my stoma bag. Without her help I don't think I could have come to terms with the bag. She has been a real rock, understanding and caring. She's given me plenty of sample bags to find the right one to suit me. She's given me great service and I would give her 5 stars.

Good professional, caring service from stoma nurse Karen Totty. Listened carefully to my concerns following parastomal hernia repair. Suggested changes to my stoma requirements. These have all worked out well . Very pleased & happy with everyone I have dealt with at Fittleworth. I would highly recommend them.

The after care I’ve received from fittleworth has been fantastic, they are on the ball with my orders and aftercare ,my stoma nurse Karen Totty has been my rock , she’s answered every question fully and professionally, and although today was her last visit,she has assured me I can ring her ANYTIME ,which has put me at ease totally, thank you Karen and the rest of the staff at Fittleworth .
